I’m Tatiane “Tati” Ubagai, a Commercial Real Estate Associate at Sitar Realty Company and an active investor. I focus on larger commercial assets (20,000+ SF / $10M+) and multifamily properties (15+ units), with a strong presence in Northern New Jersey and select U.S. markets. Over the last year, I’ve been involved in more than $100 million in closed transactions, representing buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and investors.

With a background in accounting and hands-on experience owning and managing properties, I analyze every deal as if my own money were in it—looking carefully at the numbers, risk, and long-term upside.
